"Lunch Tales" marks the sixth directorial debut of Simuel Rankins.

Simuel has Produced and Directed four other movies to date that are available in most retail stores worldwide, including Get Down On It (Writer, Director, Producer), the independent feature film Chop Shop (Writer, Director, Producer), Jack Squad (Writer, Director, Producer) and "Angry Kelly". 

In addition to her filmmaking experience, Simuel Rankins has also produced three television shows for CW network, (formerly UPN) which were, Simboya@ Nite, Video Slam, and 3-D videos, all of which had the highest Neilson Ratings for their respective time slot. In 2012, Simuel was named as an inductee into the Who’s Who of Atlanta publication.
